FAJITAS:
Fajitas are tortillas (usually corn flour) stuffed and filled originally with beef, but now are popular with chicken, pork or even shrimp, various raw vegetables, peppers and also the famous jalapeños ! After cooking, the fajitas are served well rolled up on themselves.
Mole poblano comes from the Mexican state of Puebla. The concept of the dish is a piece of chicken seasoned with a sauce called "mole" and accompanied by rice, cocoa, pepper, peanut, plantain or cinnamon.
Tequila is by far Mexico's most authentic drink. Delicious and tasty, it is made from the sap of the blue agave, tequila emanates from the process of fermentation and distillation. There are four officially recognized kinds of tequila : Blanco (white), gold (golden), reposado (rested) and añejo (aged) .
