The Mexican population is renowned for its hospitality and kindness. To say goodbye, Mexicans say: “Gracias, adios y que les vaya bien!”  (Thank you, goodbye and everything is going well for you!), and seem to think so: much more than a polite formula, Mexican culture attaches importance to the other, to their well-being, that they are close or foreign.

The climate

In Mexico, the climate is pleasant all year round.

The dry season corresponds to winter in the West, so it's an opportunity to fill up on the sun during the winter holidays!

Still expect to have some showers if you go to Mexico during the rainy season (between May and November) but the sun is never far away…

Mexican cuisine (let's end on a point that makes you want to, gastronomy!

Mexican cuisine is famous all over the world, it is simply delicious!

This cuisine is certainly greasy (fried food) but very good and varied. The base of Mexican cuisine is corn, beans, avocado and tomato.

Here you can taste: tacos, fajitas, quesadillas, chicharrones, enchiladas, pozole, chilaquiles, tortas, flautas, tamales, gorditas, barbacoas, ceviche, frijoles, guacamole, salsa mexicana etc. Provecho!
